2. ELIGIBILITY

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Our products are made using 100% natural and organic ingredients
- Due to the natural nature of the oil, variations in colour, aroma, and texture may occur
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only
Such variations do not constitute a defect under UK law.
4. EDIBLE OIL, FOOD SAFETY & USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Hunzalley apricot kernel oil is an edible, organic, natural oil produced using traditional cold-press methods in the Hunza Valley.
Food Safety
- This product must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Keep the bottle tightly sealed when not in use
- Do not use if the seal is broken or if the oil shows signs of spoilage
- Keep out of reach of children
Usage Instructions

5. PRICES & PAYMENT

- Payment must be completed in full at checkout
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing or availability errors
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Orders are dispatched within a reasonable timeframe
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Hunzalley is not responsible for delays beyond our control
7. RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK CONSUMER LAW)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to the conditions below.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
For hygiene and food safety reasons:
- Returns accepted within 14 days
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Opened or used edible oils are NOT eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned items
9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used edible oils
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items returned outside the 14-day period
10. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If an item arrives faulty or damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Remedies provided in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
